Bad cleaning, horrible smell inside, no air conditioner, no service at all....

It was okay place with dampness smell but we didn’t had an option so was good for last minute booking.

Liked the location and the staff, the cozyness and cleanieness Didn't like that the TV didn't work at first Check out was 11:00am but cleaning lady came in at 10:15am - should have door signs

It was great

Had to stay due to severe weather in area. Service was good. Supplied me with extra pillows and sheets. Jetted tub was definitely a plus, but realized there was no body lotion or hair conditioner. Parking lot was extremely icy with risky conditions for getting to and from my room in the car. They also extended my check out time. Thanks for being there St-Moritz Motel staff!

There is good reason that this motel was the only one that had vacancies.... the facilities were definitely sub-standard! The worst problem was the WiFi internet service which didn’t work unless you went to the front desk, and it was slow even then. My advice is to avoid this place and drive a few more kilometers for other accommodations.

Motel seems old, and in need of general maintenance--there was a massage tub in our room, but it did not have a drain stopper, and not sure the jets actually worked, supplied corkscrew is missing the tip so it's useless, towels were thin and small (but they were changed each day). Pipes are kind of noisey.
