Too many mosquitoes

breakfast is good, pool area is nice.

do NOT go on a boat trip, they charge you 2200 zar, but the boat trip is 650 zar, the rest iss for them, they highly overcharge, also, the boat trip is with lots of yelling tourists who are out of respect. dinner is not good. other tourists yelling all over on game drives. no respect towards other humans or nature. no respect towards animals. then, don t go to the bush. rooms are old. there is noise 24/7 from the street, the bar, the gardeners. you can not relax or anything.

The hotel has a lovely setup with beautiful gardens and plenty of wildlife, which made the stay feel special. The staff were polite, though not particularly friendly. The food was good, and I appreciated how quickly they helped me book a bush walk in Kruger. However, the price was very high — about four times more than booking directly, which felt unreasonable considering the hotel is just 1km from the gate. Overall, a pleasant stay, but some things could be better for the price. Let me know if you want this tailored even further.

The unjustified and excessive price for a bush walk that was 3 times cheaper 1km away. Bitter taste for us. We tried to talk to the réception before posting this but they didn't compromise

Rooms are clean and tidy

The parking lot is far from the rooms we had to carry our big bags to our room it was tiring and disturbing

The room big enough

Car parkings too far from the room and pool set up, too far from rooms and too much noise and exposure. Thank you
