Cheguei por volta das 22h e não havia ninguém para receber meu carro. Precisei me deslocar até a portaria, que também estava vazia, enquanto o concierge estava em outra sala mexendo no celular. Em determinado momento, precisei retornar ao carro para buscar algo e me senti muito mal tratado, pois ouvi a frase “o que esse cara quer?” dita de forma rude. Além disso, paguei R$33,00 pelo estacionamento e, mesmo assim, recebi um atendimento muito abaixo do esperado. Sobre o quarto, a banheira estava sem condições de uso e as luzes de todos os cômodos apresentavam mau contato, ficando piscando ou ligando/desligando sozinhas. O café da manhã estava ok.

Funcionários educados e eficientes, excelente localização, bom custo benefício, hotel como deve ser. Dormir com conforto e poder descansar.

Único ponto negativo foi a "boca" do chuveiro que estava um pouco "descabelada" desatarrachei a boca e ficou bom, so darem uma olhada nisso. Fora isso, tudo excelente🙏
