"Disappointing stay"

The location is very convenient, and the breakfast is good.

The facility is very old which I don't mind, but it's not very clean. When I checked in, I found one of the glasses had been used, there were hair on the bathroom floor, and stain on the chair... The air-conditioning was very weak; it took two days to lower the room temperature from 30 down to 27.5. Difficult to sleep. The front desk staff was a bit cold; it would be nice to add a bit warm smile when talking to the guests.
