A very clean, comfortable room and super breakfast options of good quality food. The staff were friendly and prompt to assist with my queries. I loved the location and plan to return!

Great sound insolation! There was a party going and couldn't hear a thing in the room. Very clean. Really pleased temperature in the room and bathroom with heated towels. Amazing breakfast . Peaceful outdoor sitting.

Excellent accommodation at the back of the hotel. Delicious curry and homemade crumble. Always my choice hotel when in the area.

Staff were very friendly. Lovely location by the river. Beautiful sitting on the bar terrace by the river.

My room was front facing so there was some road noise. Better room facing the river.

Dining still open when I arrived late in the day and it was very tasty - beef stir fry. I thought the menu was imaginative rather than boringly predictable.

Having to find a waitress to place my dinner order and my wine. No shelves/flat surfaces to put luggage and 'things' in bed and bathroom, in particular Duvet two thick and heavy.
