We booked it as a close place to the airport on arriving back after 11 p.m The staff were smart and efficient.It was all very clean. I was very pleased to be able to use the iron. The security of the car park was good

No lift and our room was upstairs.However.the night porter and trainee? kindly took our luggage up for us.The room was very warm as the towel rail in the bathroom was hot and the duvet was .much too thick.It was also very noisy.from very early due to traffic.noise. The breakfast was underwhelming with no fresh fruit. We have stayed here a couple of times in past years but it is now not as good value.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast room was lovely - well lit with large windows and natural light, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Rye town centre.

An event on one afternoon and parking was limited, it would have been nice to have been told in advance. They gave us a pass to park in neighbouring car park.

Position at back overlooking a river and countryside. The staff were really lovely. The hotel is being renovated, the parts already completed are lovely.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and noisy if you opened the windows. Quiet if closed.

Very helpful staff. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely location with a river at the back of the hotel and a terrace to sit out on. Easy to park the car.

No chest of drawers to put clothes in. Very loud noises at 7am the first morning we stayed. Haven't a clue what was going on.
