Magoebaskloof Hotel Tzaneen

Om man skall klaga på något så är det på kvaliteten på tv. Trots påpekande blev det inte bättre

Original room had mould on the walls. The plaster was peeling of the walls. There were cracks in the walls. The curtains were dirty. After complaining, I was moved to another room which was excellent.

Wonderful stay at the Magoebaskloof Hotel despite 2 days of rain and mist. Room was very comfortable but could do with a bit of an upgrade, a bit shabby. Also only 6 channels on the TV, not enough specially in bad weather! Staff we came into contact with were amazing and very helpful. Just feel the hotel is lacking a bit of heart and soul and one does not see any kind of management around anywhere. Room for improvement, injection of love and care, but still a great, relaxing holiday and surroundings beautiful.

The service was good and very fast, not to mention the friendly staff that the hotel has. I am definitely going back to Magoebaskloof hotel, the view that the hotel has is beautiful

The staff are amazing but there are so few people doing so many jobs, you can seldom find a waiter when you need one. Maintenance is definitely low on the agenda and this is apparent everywhere you look, which is such a pity as the hotel is beautiful and the view unbeatable. One wastes so much water when waiting for the hot water to shower, as the boiler is at the other end of the hotel. It is really unbearable to watch all that water going down the drain for 5 min or more!

It was a nice hotel and good for the price, but just average.
