Tolles Hotel und Ausstattung.

Das Zimmer war direkt über dem Restaurant. Sehr hellhörig.

Lekkere cocktails aan het zwembad, ontbijt was prima. Lia, de vrouw van de receptie, is top!! Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!!

Lang wachten op drank tijdens het eten (ontbijt, lunch en diner!), het eten is niet uitgebreid en koud. Weinig variatie. Zwembaden zijn ijskoud (maar blijkt bijna overal te zijn in Kreta). Personeel is niet onvriendelijk maar enthousiasme of een lachje moet je nu ook niet verwachten.

Het personeel, de kamer, het eten… Alles eigenlijk!

In Gouves valt niet zoveel te beleven. Maar prima uitvalsbasis als je een auto huurt.

This hotel is beautiful. The cleaners are constantly cleaning the hotel and the cleaners are so lovely and friendly. the rooms are beautiful. We had a suite and it was so big, the beds were so comfy and the balcony was lovely. The food was lovely and always fresh The 2 ladies at reception were so lovely and helpful. They both helped us many times with our room and information on where to go ect. Pool beds are so comfy and always available.

Only small things, like would be good if the resturant had a coffee/hot drinks station. And more staff needed at the bar to reduce wait time. Possible more english speaking channels on the tv. With not alot on at night which is nice because the hotel is so quiet and peaceful.

Everything was clean! The staff was amazing and very kind, fulfilled all our needs. The food was very tasty, everyday with a lot of options. Our room was very big with two balconies. The spa was very relaxing and the masseur (Dimitria) was very kind and professional! The sea is very close (5 minutes by walk) Alchocol and cocktails were amazing! We recommend it for sure!

All spa treatments are via external company inside the hotel so the spa lady is chasing after guests in order to find potential clients. The barmen were very professional, but also very tired (it was the end of the summer), I wish they had a bit more energy. The location is 15 minutes from the HERAKLION airport, but beside a small supermarket, fastfood restaurant, some souvenir shops and some rental cars there is nothing around.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The hotel is Pinterest-vibe beautiful, new, and spotless, very close to the nice beach. The food was delicious and varied, and drinks were amazing. But what truly made our stay special was the amazing team — from Lia at the reception to the restaurant staff, waiters, bartenders, housekeepers, and spa staff — everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely come back again!

מיקום של מלון - אין אופציה לצאת ללא רכב. בריכות מאוד קרות , למלון ברמה כזאת מצפה גם ג'קוזי וסאונה -:אין. בעלי עשה מסאז ב 100 יורו - זה לא מסאז - זה לטיפה , יצא באמצא מאוד מאוכזב. בנוסף בערב ממש משעמם, יש רק בר פתוח, אין שום פעילות במלון בערב

היינו בסוויטה. החדר יפה מאוד.

מיקום ללא נוף. באמצע שום מקום. היו הפסקות חשמל. מלון קטן ללא יותר מידי עניין. שקט. אוכל בינוני. אין הרבה מגוון. הכל כלול אבל אין אוכל בין הארוחות. קוקטיילים בינוניים. מלון שמתאים לזקנים ולא לזוגות צעירים. הבריכות קטנות. אין הרבה מקומות ישיבה.
