Le gérant de l'hôtel n'est pas la pour nous accueillir, ne répond pas au téléphone, quand enfin il arrive, il nous donne une chambre. Chambre avec des draps tachés de sang, douche sans pommeau , toilette remplis d'excrément.. odeur de moisissure et de tabac froid. pas de housse de coussin mais des vieux coussins sale et poussiéreux, pas de PQ dans les toilettes On a du changer de chambre le lendemain , et le gérant n'était même pas la pour réceptionné les clef et nous donner les nouvelles, du coup on a passer la journée avec toutes nos affaires sans possibilité de les déposé à l'hôtel.. Un régal. C'est nous qui avons du géré toute l'organisation du séjour (réception ,changement de clef, de chambre etc.. ) aucune info, accueil ou prise en charge du gérant, vraiment chelou. (il n'était jamais à la réception et pour le joindre il fallait l'appeler sur son téléphone personnel OU frapper chez lui ???) franchement il faut mieux payer 20 ou 30 euro de plus et avoir quelque chose d'au moins propre ailleurs..

For the price, it was a really nice hotel with some nice owners and in fine condition. It's important not to have too high expectations - because it is pretty cheap, and you get what you pay for. However, it could use some sound isolation, since you could hear when anyone else at the hotel were either taking a shower, entering og exiting their rooms and walking up and down the stairs. The noise was the only actual problem of our stay. Otherwise it was fine!

This is a filthy hotel.

Reception was rude (shut the door in our face after only getting inside because someone else held the door open) and despite the fact that we had a confirmed reservation we were told there were no rooms available and "the internet has a problem".

Good location in the Centre of Le Havre, terrible service. The would not speak in English to me, what brought up misunderstandings. Travelocity arrange a interpreter through the phone, but the guy would not pick up take the phone, keeping talking to other people in Arabic using his own phone...

No towel Door in front of hotel glass smashed. Looks very tacky from outside. Plenty room for improvement.

I didn't read well the description while booking i think, be careful because there is no private toilet in your room. You will need to share it with a whole floor. Plus, they are dirty and didn't have toilet paper. The bathroom in your room is not separated by a wall. The price is cheap for normal hotel, but expensive for this quality.

Man at reception was friendly and helpful. Free wifi good. No pillowcases only a sheet wrapped over them! Shower hot. Toilet very noisy
