"Bon séjour"

propreté, gentillesse des personnes, charme des lieux, bon thé, bonne machine à café à Arcachon.

Taille du lit un peu petite pour deux personnes, modernité des sanitaires, qualité du petit déjeuner à améliorer avec du pain frais, du jus d'orange frais, plus de produits "faits maison".

Très bon emplacement et bonne literie.

Accueil peu professionnel : demander confirmation du remboursement de la caution de 250 € est parfaitement normal. Les remarques de la réceptionniste étaient déplacées. Autres points négatifs : parking rapidement complet en rentrant le soir même sans être tard, dalles autour de la piscine sales et poubelles difficiles à trouver. Chambres vieillissantes et agencement peu pratique. Chambre sombre

L'emplacement de la résidence dans la ville haute et la possibilité de se déplacer à pieds vers le centre ville très rapidement. Les places de parking afin de laisser sa voiture sur place. L'environnement et le calme nous on permis de passer un séjour grès agréable.

L'emplacement de la Villa Regina, proche du Parc Mauresque, d'une rue principale avec de jolis magasins et de l'océan . La ville est superbe avec ses demeures splendides et bien entretenues en plus !
