"I would stay here again. It situated in the ville d’hiver, which is very calm and charming place to be."

The villa was very in keeping of the Arcachonnaise architecture.

There was no air conditioning which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Fans were available but gave very little relief.

"Gute Lage, wenig Komfort"

Die Lage war gut, schnell zu Fuss in der Stadt, leider war der oft beschriebene Lift im Park ausser Betrieb. Unbedingt die Treppe rechts nehmen, die linke Seite ist ein grosser Umweg! Zum Geburtstag bekam ich eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, das hat mich überrascht und sehr gefreut! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die Parkplätze sind rar, wir haben uns nicht mehr getraut wegzufahren, sonst hätten wir sicher keinen mehr bekommen. Es standen auch Autos rum, die sichtlich seit Monaten nicht mehr bewegt wurden! Die Liegen am Pool waren leider alle meistens belegt. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken zu kaufen, keine Bar, keinen Automaten nichts Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden, nach dem Motto, es hat solange es hat, um 9.00 hat‘s nichts mehr! Keine Klimaanlage, es stehen Ventilatoren im Appartement zur Verfügung.

Wunderbare Residenz im alten Villenviertel. Sehr freundliche Begrüssung. Grosszügiges Studio mit Küchenzeile und grossem, bequemem Bett. Abschliessbarer Veloraum.

WC Schüssel müsste entkalkt werden.

L’emplacement est idéal, calme et proche du centre ville

Les ventilateurs mis à disposition dans les chambres ne sont pas suffisants en cas de temperatures caniculaires (le cas lors de notre séjour)

"Could have been better"

Location was good : quiet but near the town centre (ie walking distance). Apartment was a good size. Nice tradtional Arcachon building.

Staff were mixed : the management were defensive when we pointed out a problem (which they failed to fix during our stay). The room lacked some facilities that should have been there but after our first experience with complaining we didn't bother. The pool opening times are odd.
