Atendimento muito bom, funcionários cordiais. Café da manhã excelente. Ele fornece transfer ao centro de Lençóis a partir das 19:30h, o que é maravilhoso!

As camas de apoio do Chalé são um pouco desconfortáveis (muito duras). Os móveis são antigos. No último dia colocaram toalhas descosturadas.

O Hotel é muito lindo e confortável . Achei muito bom a disponibilidade de veículo ( Van) no período noturno para deslocamento dos hóspedes até o Centro

A localização muito distante do Centro, sendo necessário ter custos co táxis durante o dia para o deslocamento até o Centro. As funcionárias da recepção precisam ser melhor treinados para a função, algumas deixam a desejar.

Tudo velho, muito velho no caso de alguns serviços como salão de jogos ou bizarramente velho, como no na academia.

O serviço demorou 2h30 para entregar um misto quente e uma tabua de queijo cortados quando só havia a minha família na piscina, no fim da tarde. Todas as acomodações velhas, toalhas e roupa de cama sofríveis.
