Had a great stay at Ginger Hotel, East Delhi. The staff was amazing, especially Jitendar very polite and provided fast, efficient service. The food quality is excellent and the buffet is truly next level with great variety. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable, making the stay very relaxing. Me and my wife travels a lot within India. Stayed in all types of hotels, including atleast 30 hotels of Taj/Vivanta/Gateway/Ginger. But this hotel is the worst hotel that we have experienced. It's a shame of IHCL Brand. To start with, location is very good but it's in the back side of a building. The room that was given to us was really bad. The headborad above the bed is a worn-out chewed type, the cupboard is old, difficult to open and very shabby with screws/patches, the washbasin takes a few minutes to get clean, the bathroom is smelly, the Window AC unit makes noise at times like an aircraft going, The main switch board near the entrance is loose and comes out, the QMin menu card is dirty and the Tea kettle is a worn out very unclean one.
