"Nice stay"

Had a long stay and definitely not the first. It was nice. Rooms were clean and staff were prompt to help, and always available. The front desk team Asmita, Rashmi and Rohit supported with checkin (had 50 guest with me) and other needs. The management team Gaurav and Naveen helped me with bookings and other arrangements. Looking forward to stay here during my travels.

"No to Ginger facility anywhere in India"

This property is not value for money paid. Charged 5 star hotel rate and provided low call lodge facility

Rooms, toilet, bed spread, corridor, lift and on the whole nothing is good

"They denied me room inspite of having booking confirmation. After several arguments they shifted me"

Lying to customer that booking is not confirmed. After insisting they shifted me to a different property. They swiped my credit card twice. I took a late flight. Reached the hotel late. Till 2.30 in the morning I did not have room . Never seen such a horrible service from any hotel. They gave room to some else..
