従業員の皆さんの(おもてなし)対応が良く、部屋、食事(バイキング)とも満足しました。 部屋はここみち亭でしたが、二人で泊まるには十分で、バイキングは若狭牛のステーキ、肉寿司他、食べた物全て美味しかったです。 一つ気になったのは、ここみち亭との通路に気づかない段差があり、躓きそうになったので、早急に対応された方が良いかとおもいました。 朝の見送りもしていただいて、又泊まりに来ようかなと思いました。

パートナーの誕生日祝いを兼ねた旅行で利用しました。 SNSでみたドリンクやバイキングの評判に惹かれて利用しましたが、それ以上に、従業員みなさまのご挨拶と笑顔、夕食時の座席、デザートプレートの配膳＋αなど気遣いとすばらしいサービスを大変感じた宿でした。 非常にリラックスしてゆったり過ごせました。 夕飯時におせわになった杉本さんを始め、ありがとうございます。 ぜひまた利用させてください。

紹介されていた部屋とは、まるで違う料理は良かったですが、もう少しお風呂にしても、サービスにしても中途半端な感じです。 車椅子も事前に伝えていましたが、用意されてなかった。 期待していただけに残念です。
