Had a large 2xdouble bed room overlooking the beach with the biggest double shower I've ever seen! Great communication beforehand from the staff arranging access to the pool in the event the room wasn't ready for us. Pop corn and snow cones available, plus coffee in the morning. Wish I could have stayed longer. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the sealions, bliss.

Beautiful view from our balcony. Perfectly situated for boardwalk, beach and pier. Coffee , popcorn and snowcones all complimentary. Heated pool and hot tub. Friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic stay! The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk with stunning beach views. The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I stay here every time I visit Santa Cruz because the combination of oceanfront scenery, convenience, and exceptional service never disappoints. Highly recommend!

"Perfect for a short stay in Santa Cruz"

I was greeted by a very friendly lady during the check-in which is always a first good sign. The room was very pretty and clean. It smelled so fresh and clean - I can appreciate that. The location is awesome: so close to the beach! The cute coffee bar/ice cream shop (included in your stay) was an absolute bonus. The parking spots are limited but I did not have any issues to find a spot.

Loved that the pool was heated, that there was a hot tub, and fire pit. The staff was very nice. The kids loved the complimentary snow cones hot chocolate and popcorn. My husband and I loved the complimentary coffee bar. All included with your stay. Location was perfect for us as well.
