Garden beautiful ...

The service and staff are excellent. The showers are great and the beds are comfortable

International-standard hotel (including professional, well-trained staff) in maybe the best location in the city with beautiful colonial streets, restaurants, cafes, etc. nearby. I stayed in two different standard rooms and overall, they met my comfort standards on amenities like wi-fi, climate control, space/modernity of the bathroom, shower pressure/temperature and the bed. Any complaints I have are petty, like a slightly leaky shower in the 2nd room or not having anywhere to plug the hair dryer in the bathroom. Inexpensive shuttle for the airport provided. I chose it because the Marriott was fully booked, but I think I lucked out

Everything look very nice. Staff was a little too up tight. Trying too hard to be perfect. Ran out of a few different beverages. Overall not a bad place to stay.

It is located in a good location with easy access to downtown

It was our second time staying at this hotel our first time staying we had also a nice stay but after arriving home we realised we had been changed two times for our room we paid once on the hotel.com website then the hotel took another payment on our card without us knowing.After contacting the hotel we finally got our money back but it took a long time and we didn't get an apology so we had many doubts to book again.This time around i was far more hesitant to hand my card over just paying in cash.

The staff uniformly impressed me with their friendliness and helpfulness. When the airline changed my flight, they called places nearby to ensure I had a room for the extra night as they were full themselves. The fitness center was basic and short on free weights (25 lbs max) but easily accessible and I enjoyed the adjacent flower market.

Excellent property very good breakfast had our room upgrade to pool view as the one given the first night looked on to the car park and balcony was not clean at all. Staff very nice and all very helpful .ate every night at the restaurant out side in the garden which are very well kept and food was 1st class a bit on the expensive side.There us a guy who does airport transfers but charges more than the hotel transfer and we were ripped off when we booked a French Guiana tour. All in all good stay .

No commen, it was great. Room was fantastic, with a good view.
