Residence Elite

The location was excellent. There is a Conad supermarket 2 minutes walk away, close to town, good places to eat & the beach in marina Di campo. There are external facilities like swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area but we didn't use these as there's plenty to do around the area itself. We gave 4 stars only for the staff team. The apartment would not get any stars.

The accomodation itself was very outdated. Light switch was broken near bed. We didn't ask them to fix it as there were other lights and it wasn't a deal breaker. The bidet was broken. Plug was stuck and couldn't be used. The TV was broken. It switched itself on and off randomly, sometimes in the middle of the night so we asked it to be fixed, which they did immediately. There were no mosquito nets which was probably the worst part. There were mosquitos in the bathroom (high number of them) coming from the ceiling gaps. We paid over £500 for the apartment (double) which came with a single bed & 2 other single beds put together as a double. This was disappointing considering the facilities were so outdated, we expected at least a double bed. Although we wouldn't book here again or recommend it to anyone; it is important to add that the staff were excellent & very helpful.

La posizione della struttura sicuramente, è vicina a tutto, la fermata del bus è proprio davanti, tutto raggiungibile a piedi.

La struttura è un po’ trascurata, c’è molto spazio fuori , una bella piscina, ma il giardino non era per niente curato, sicuramente andrebbe un po’ modernizzata..

Molti spazi esterni purtroppo non molto curati splendida piscina; grande camera con arredamento vecchiotto e letto datato. Nel complesso molto comodo alle spiagge e centro città.

Posizione comoda, in 5 minuti a piedi sei in centro paese ed in spiaggia. Parcheggio ampio. Pulizia buona
