The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location as well.

I booked this accommodation as it said bikes were available for use. When I asked about the bikes the lady said they were locked in the garage and the owner was away so she didn’t know where the key was. I felt it was more like I can’t be bothered as I’m sure if the owner left her in charge, she would know how to access everything. She also asked when we checked in if we would like our room serviced as we were staying for 2 nights. I said making the bed and clean linen would be enough. We went out all day and returned around 5pm and the bed was not made and towels were sitting on the table.

Very spacious rooms, across from the Novatel and International Motel where The Orangery Restaurant was absolutely supurb. Not situated in the CBD but you could walk to the city centre.

Location was great, the bed and pillow was 10 out of 10, and I'm fussy when it comes to pillows. Lovely Lockwood, big high ceilings. Fantastic shower pressure. Great space, comfy chairs. I've lived in a Lockwood and loved it, they do make a few noises at night, the wood moving slightly, once again love it and part of a Lockwood
