Half board was exceptional and the family room we stayed in was very spacious and clean.

Music playing quite late. Not sure if it was a neighboring hotel or this 1 but it didn't bother me that much to complain. I was so tired I would've fell a sleep next to the speaker lol

"Typical Blackpool Hotel, the entrance to the hotel is a disgrace and the carpets in the hallways are filthy and sloping"

The room and bar areas were nice.

The entrance to the hotel and the hallways are filthy, one off the restaurant staff was extremely rude, also not allowed to pick a seat to eat at the window area, no one else in the room on the morning I went for breakfast.

Wait staff were so nice and friendly. Facilities excellent. Food really good.
