It was clean,comfertable.worth of money.staff very friendly.

Everything was excellent

Second night was better as room was cleaned properly.loved having pool on site.reception staff were friendly.

Room still had other people's stuff in it. Breakfast was poor. Disappointed with the response when complaint was made.

Access to the pool, food and drinks, very friendly and helpful staff. Lift broke down but quickly repaired Comfortable sheets and linen - lovely towels

Cleanliness, bin not emptied twice and the changing rooms to the pool/gym are very small with no chance of any privacy. Outdoor shoes worn near the pool with splashed water swept back to the edge of the pool. Parking is awful, spaces are too small for modern cars, the surface is full of potholes, 4 disabled spaces in the back but placed in the most awkward space so no manoverability and only 2 cars at once could fit. Shower head didn't fit properly Despite all of this, I recommend the hotel and plan to return

Decent room, realise it’s probably because the of the age of the building but no air conditioning only fan supplied. Windows are able to open but would have suffered if hotter. Room overlooked the garden and could hear dj music and other guests if open. Certain details appear very dated but not a problem. The tv for example had a variety of channels but very basic structure. If you suffer with any kind of mobility issues it’s very important to mention it as some of the “quieter” rooms have stairs to reach it. Breakfast pretty good. Cost of non guests for breakfast is £15
