Everything was amazing from start to finish. A stylish modern hotel, extraordinarily great value for the money.

The only downside was that our room´s window didn’t open and the airconditioning didn ´t work much, so not ideal for people who like to sleep in cooler rooms. Other than that we would definitely recommend!

We spent our last night in Hokkaido at Cross Hotel Sapporo, and it was a very nice experience. The location was central and very easy to reach from Sapporo Station, which made it convenient for a short stay. One of the highlights was the public bath area on the top floor, separated for ladies and gentlemen. The ladies’ bath had a beautiful view of the Sapporo TV Tower, and you could even use the tower’s clock as a timer while relaxing. The room was a little small, but totally fine for one night. For a longer stay, it might be worth upgrading to a larger room, especially if you have a lot of luggage or want to keep things more organized. We also had the buffet breakfast, which was quite good, with both Japanese and Western options. I think most people would be able to find something they enjoy.

The room was not the biggest although everything you needed was there. We would not bother with the “Meet Lounge” deal again as the snacks and drinks were not topped up quick enough as we watched some family people who were drinking responsibly only able to have half full glasses as the wine was being run down
