"Value for money near airport for short stay. Dont expect anything spectacular"

Close to the airport. Give us a free upgrade. Staff was very helpful even at a midnight check in. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The quality of building needs improvement. The place could be made neater. The water pressure is too sun standard.

Good was excellent and so was the room service

When I reached the hotel I was told that my credit card was not used by booking.com for the payment and I have to pay now. I asked them to send an email to booking.com confirming receipt of payment so that I am not charged twice. I asked the reception desk to send me a copy of the email that was supposed to be sent to booking.com to ensure avoiding paying two times( booking.com and the hotel). This was not followed up. I had sent a message to booking.com in this regard. The rooms are large and cosy but need renovation.
