The staff were magnificent, from the moment we arrived to the time we left. I had a small fall at the spa, and sprained my ankle quite badly, and the staff was amazing in looking after my needs. Location is great!! Beautiful beach. If you like the ocean with some waves, this is the place. The rooms are comfy and spacious, but very basic. Great SPA!!! Massages were fantastic, thank you Kevina.

Although I dont watch much television, when I do, I expect some channels to be on offer. Unfortunately TV is mainly in French, only a couple of channels and Sky News. Thats all. My shower did not have hot water on the first day, but that was repaired. Then the showerhead broke off :( The food is basic. Both breakfast and dinners. Not much selection as in other resorts, but sufficient to find something.

CONSTRUCTION next to my room, all rooms at poolside. Noisy constructions in a Spa Hotel is the opposite of what I was looking for. Noone used the pool as all rooms poolside where busy under construction with workers around, even on the weekend. Booked a massage, returned to my room only for the noise to kill any relaxation I just paid for. Cupboards are molding in the bathroom - Who puts wooden cupboards in a bathroom? Mouse droppings on the spare toilet paper - which was not replaced. Mold in/on shower, cupboard doors etc. Deep clean is urgently needed. Minibar was empty, but they kindly left the pricelist. When I enquired, I was told "half board doesn't get a filled minibar". When booking half board, expect to pay even for a water at the dinner. No cool drinks included! Water bottle at 2 Euro, Cocktails start from 9 Euro. Overpriced for below standard. Especially when having to endure construction noises. :( I would have NOT booked this place, if I had known that a massage or pool visit are of no use.

Offer a proper deal as if the hotel was full . It’s not our fault the hotel was low occupancy .

The staff was the highlight of the property. Forever helpful and always willing to help and go the extra mile. They kept coming to ensure we are happy with everything.

The facilities were a little bit of a let down. The pool wasn't clean and the Gym wasn't really a gym. The pool bar wasn't functioning.

The area is beautiful. Very calm

Rooms are not renovated and a bit old

beautiful location. Paradise. very friendly staff. restaurant has real good meals that are served with a smile. Breakfast with ocean view is asthonishing.

Rooms could be modernized a little bit, but it is a small detail
