"All in all, it was a great place to stay great location like I said very easy access to get to everything"

The property was amazing right downtown close to everything you can basically walk so that was a big pointer for me and my mother and two kids

One thing was, you can hear nothing but traffic at night and when we started to check in, it was a little after four and they said that our room was not ready along. Let me remind you with my elderly mother and two kids that I had we were all tired ready to check in and they told us it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. No biggie but it should have been ready by the time we got there.

"Horribly loud street noise. Lasted for hours. Hotel itself is a gem."

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE street noise for hours. Finally eased up a little around 11 pm but started again ard 4 am. The higher the floor does not matter. Ear plugs did not help. A/C blasting did not help. As for the hotel itself, very clean and tidy. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Breakfast crew kept breakfast offerings replenished in a timely manner considering the large number of guests. I would not stay here again due to street noise.

"Intolerant of pets! Not pet friendly. Misleading us to book with them! Horrific experience."

Very intolerant of pets, felt misled and unwanted with bringing our dogs. No grass on the property for puppy potty breaks and we were called as soon as they barked at 9:15 pm. A lot of downtown Hotel noises and outside traffic and brakes squeals! What a nightmare! Was told it was pet friendly before we booked for a five hour drive to hear a concert downtown. Never again!

"Very Good"

We loved the central location so we could park and walk to all the things we wanted to do. The breakfast was tasty, the staff was courteous and the beds were comfortable.

The room was not quite as clean as I would have preferred based on the price (hair in the tub and sink, dust, a hair and and some dental floss on the floor under the table).
