The room was great. However, the experience at the Casino was not. A machine malfunctioned on a major win and the casino management did not respond or address the issue.

I enjoyed it it was cheap comfortable and easy to go from place to place I would recommend staying here it’s the cheapest nice quality and it’s not like your not going to every casino anyway

The air conditioning unit did not work, so that was an issue. We let the hotel know and maintenance couldn’t fix it. Other than that everything was fine.

"Nice Hotel, Great Value, So So Casino"

We stayed here on our first night in Colorado just to do some gambling before the sight seeing started. The room was nice and comfortable. Everything was in working order. It might have been a bit basic but no issues. The best part was the value, for what we paid compared to the other casinos I would say it's an excellent property. The table games were not open, only Thursday to Sunday I believe. It's just a short drive to the other casinos in Black Hawk. The garage parking was great with the snow falling. We would stay again.

"Disappointing"

It was nice and clean

The AC didn't work I talked to staff 3 times before someone was sent and when sent was out in another room the AC didn't work in that room either. When checking out I informed them it was not working either the staff commented I'm sure there are lots that are not working.
