Le parking : aucun parking de l'hôtel pour un véhicule de plus de 7'9'' . Et la ville de l'hôtel (central city) est une ville ennemie des camping car --> interdit de se garer devant l'hôtel alors que le parking est resté completement vide . --> obligé de se garer a plus d'un kilometre !

Dirty sink in room to which I informed front desk about. They did nothing. Offered nothing. Just ‘noted’ it in comments about our room/stay. At 2 am when turning in for the night, after a long day we discovered that the sink did not drain. Tried to find a fan to circulate the air and found the control screen unattached to the unit. When we checked out and relayed all the issues with the room I was told clearly that all my unhappiness could have been avoided had I called the front desk and let them know. They would have sent someone. Really? Someone knew that sink was not draining the last time it was cleaned AND I did let the front desk know shortly after check in. There was no offer to clean it. The control panel for the air was removed by someone!!!! They should have reconnected it then. I could have called but at that hour I really didn’t want workmen in my room for work that should have bee ln addressed before I got there.

The place needs work. Our room had a damaged sink drain but the shower was great. There's some drywall damage in our room at the entry door and behind the bathroom door.

Hotel Casinò. Con una miriade di macchinette sparse per il piano ristorante. Le camere molto spaziose. colazione a pagamento ma ottima.

Mi hanno addebitato 150$ a camera per cauzione. Ho prenotato 5 camere e il totale della cauzione è stato di 750$ che sono riuscito a riavere dopo circa 7/8 gg dal mio soggiorno. Una pratica che spesso fanno in America, ma in altri casi erano semplicemente pre addebiti e risolti poi in fase di checkout. Qui invece mi hanno proprio trattenuto la cifra dalla carta. E mi sono accorto solo in serata dopo aver fatto il checkin e controllando i conti con il gruppo.

The man who checked us in was very kind and knowledgeable. Clean bathroom and soft bed, which is the only thing I usually look for in a hotel.
