Infiniti Bay employees told us when we were checking in that because we have breakfast included, the restaurant would be half off on our purchases. Relying on this information, we ordered from the restaurant the following day. When the bill came, I told the waiter the information provided by the front desk at check in. He went and checked and told us no, only people with “red” bands (no one had red bands, all inclusive was gray and we had orange bands like most other guest). I then waited when the other guest on my reservation went to the front desk to inquire. She asked for a manager, and was told there was none, which is strange for a large establishment. After explaining that the employee told us the food would be 50% off because we have breakfast included, a manager appears and also says this is incorrect, and refuse to honor the mistake the employee made as a one time courtesy m. I was then called by the other guest and explained to the manager and front desk that it was not our fault their employee gave wrong information. Anywhere else would have gave a one time courtesy but they went as far as LYING stating the employee said she didn’t say that. (The employee was not there and no one stepped away to call this employee.) We aren’t the hotel’s usual demographic and it felt very prejudice the way the situation was handled. It’s not the price of the food but the principle that your employee made a mistake, courtesy should have been given, because that is proper customer service.

Staff was very pleasant..Danery is amazing..she's the reason I revisted..most of the staff was always ready to assist in your needs ...place was clean and comfortable...meals was great ...This place was 9/10 for me

It looks like no one used the sofa bed in years....it needed to be cleaned ....I also think it needs more entertainment...

Frente a una hermosa playa y una piscina con una temperatura ideal. Al frente del muelle, por lo cual el desplazamiento era muy sencillo desayuno buffet bastante completo.

This place is an awesome resort in the middle of paradise. Roatan is a dream destination for those who like beautiful water, perfect relaxation, and superb people, and Infinity is it to have it all while you wind down in West Bay. So much access to amenities, entertainment, and food. Plus, the shuttles to critical destinations were key.

The property is big and well kept.

The fact that water was not included as it is in other resorts in the area
