Shadow Ridge by All Seasons Resort Lodging

Great place to stay. Close to Park City Mountain so you can easily catch the bus to Main Street. My only complaint was the smell of the soap. I didn’t like it.

Were there only over night, but the room was nice. Bathroom very nice. nothing bad to say at all. Front desk person was personable and helpful and the property is in a good location.

We haved stayed here many times and enjoy the location to Park City Resort base area. Easy to walk from here to the base area where there is a transportation hub to go to other parts of town. The units are individually owned, so there is some variability when staying here, but we've never been unsatisfied.

Bes were comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was great for 3 seniors.

I will start by stating that I travel for business, so I am quite aware of what can be reasonably expected in lodging. I have stayed in Motel 6s, which were in better repair than my room in Shadow Ridge (204 -1). My stay July 23-26, 2025, was absolutely horrible for the following reasons. 1. The room was very dark, being in an inside corner of the building (I'm guessing they put me in a dark corner because I booked through Booking.com, or they save the nice rooms for residents and rent out the awful ones, which no one wants to purchase for others). Even though I checked in close to 3 PM, this unpleasant room is what was provided. There must have been nicer rooms available at that early check-in time. 2. Lighting was inefficient, and some lights didn't work. 3. Every shelf in the mini fridge was either cracked or broken. 4. Although the bathroom appeared clean, it smelled of stagnant, moldy water. 5. Area rugs would not stay in place, causing areas of them to rise and create a trip hazard. My guest and I tripped and came close to falling. 6. Curtains were missing hooks and falling off the rod. 7. Directional signage throughout the building was inefficient. 7. Front desk staff are either uninformed or outright dishonest about parking. The gentleman checking me in claims that he informed me that overnight parking is not allowed in the three large lots surrounding the hotel. If he did, he should have been extremely clear about this and stressed this strongly. My guest was very unhappy about paying $318.21 to get her vehicle back. I understand there is a reason to provide one reserved parking space per unit, but what should guests do if more than one driver needs a place to park? I was given instructions from another front desk staff member to park in one of the two parking garages within a few miles or a no-charge lot on Sunridge. She failed to tell me that although you could park in these places, cars would be towed after 3 AM. Obviously,
