Shadow Ridge by All Seasons Resort Lodging

Location was great. Has everything we need. We can see the slope from our windows.

Location is great if you plan to ski at Park City (walking distance). Near the downtown. Good communication and smooth check-in.

We booked a double room for 4 which was a huge mistake and a great disappointment. It was a dated cramped little dark carpeted room with 2 beds next to each other. The "kitchen" was a microwave, a coffee maker and a mini fridge in a closet with bunch of single use cups. Bathroom was dated and way overdue for a refresh. Online pictures of "double rooms' show bright rooms with hard flooring (or light brown carpet) and granite counters in bathroom and nicely renovated showers. Our room had this dark spotty carpet (excellent for hiding all the dirt and filth), a bathroom counter made of this strange black textured plastic-like material and a bathtub with dated tiles and a shower head at neck-level. Hot water only lasted for one-and-half shower and the rest of us went down to the spa to use the showers there. When we reached out to the management, they reminded us that we had booked "a hotel-style double room." Well they were right, but here is the thing: If you want to go for a hotel-style double room, then at least do yourself a favor and book at a real hotel with house keeping service and central hot water supply so that someone comes and makes up your beds, changes the towels and empties the trash while you don't sit frozen in the bath tub waiting for the water to warm up. The price we paid was comparable to what we would have paid for a 3-star hotel in the area (with full house keeping service) or just 10-20% less than their condos which offered at least 3-4 times larger space with a real kitchen and tables to sit and eat or relax. It was certainly not worth what we paid and we do not recommend it to anyone to stay at the "double rooms". Do yourself a favor and either avoid this property or stay at their larger condos. For us, we couldn't wait for our trip to end so we could leave that little dark room not to ever come back.

Having to go to the basement to do laundry was a bit of a hassle.

Good property very close to the lifts.

Property was amazing! The unit was cozy and had everything you need. Loved the extra pillows and beds were comfy. The location was perfect as it is a few steps from the main lift and a few steps to the buses. The walk to Main Street was easy also if you prefer to walk. Property was very clean!!! Pool and hot tub a great bonus. The front desk staff was awesome. She went above and beyond.
