Shadow Ridge by All Seasons Resort Lodging

Super close to slopes and a nice place to stay. All was clean and nice jacuzzi tubs in bathroom after a long day of skiing.

The location is excellent and the space inside is very good. It was clean and well stocked with the basics. It would be nice to have 2 queen size beds in the one room rather than two double beds. Indoor parking is great. The front desk was not real helpful on arrival about how to find our unit or where to park (only the lower level). The only complaint is the furnace fan that sounded like a truck with bad brakes every time it shut off.

The staff at Shadow Ridge booked us a different room at the Caledonian in Park City. It exceeded our expectations. the staff at All Seasons Resorts was outstanding in resolving our problem.

When we got to Shadow Ridge on Monday, Feb 26, 2024, at 8:30 pm, there was no reservation recorded there. Booking.com dropped the ball. Booking number 4037730992

I make s reservation for an apartment with kitchen and with 2 bedroom and i receive instead 2 units in different units. We are a family of 5 . Unfortunely we have to split the family. Location excelent Building excelent Service bad. They dont give us a solution because we make a reservation thru you. Thanks

The location is great, and its very quiet. However, there are 2 medium size negatives: 1. thermostat resets back to a cold 62 degrees every few hours. 2. The owners of the condos inside the bldg have key card access to MY ROOM (and probably all rooms). They barged into my room at 11pm not expecting me to be there. That's a big problem, hard to feel completely safe when somebody else can get into my room (other than housekeeping,etc..). Otherwise, its great and the location is awesome.

Rooms are outdated, there’s no service at all, our sofa bed wasn’t made, we arrived at 1 am and there weren’t even linens or blankets, the only thing was an old sheet that didn’t look can and dirty blankets. No comforter cover on comforter, which was gross. Nobody there to help you with luggage. Our unit had the furnace for the floor or several units and it was in the main bedroom. The unit was so loud you can’t sleep. They did try to compensate for that and we used space heaters instead. Service personnel was very nice. Great location. But units leave a lot to be desired, especially for the price we paid, which was close to $600/night after all the fees.
