Good dinner buffet

Rooms too hot, no air conditioning, no much fresh fruit at breakfast, “orange juice” is water with artificial colors and sugar and even on request they didn’t provide real juice.

"Love this place as usual."

Love this place. Usually coming to visit durinng the ski season but this time we were not disappoint even during summer season.

We requested baby crib but we had sofa bed made in our room. Was a little too big for our 2yo (felt down during the night) but we managed and lady at the desk was really nice and did not charge us a crib. Did not affect our stay in this beautiful hotel.

great location, wellness area, comfortable room

the staff was not really professional (eg bartender who doesnt know whats on the menu and how to prepare that, or wellness staff sending us back to our room for spa towels)
