Cama excelente , staff muito atencioso .

É a segunda vez que ficamos hospedados aqui , passado tres anos noto uma falta de manutenção muito grande , pequenos pormenores a cuidar , as mangueiras dos chuveiros precisam ser trocadas , por toalhas de chão para quando saímos da banheira , o vidro da banheira deveria ser maior pois salpica muito , notamos pó e teias de aranha em muitos sítios , o pequeno almoço já teve mais variedade e qualidade , precisam dedicar mais tempo e investimento para cuidar uma instalações tão maravilhosas que têm , escolhemos fazer mais quilômetros para reviver os momentos vividos uns anos antes , desta vez com uns amigos e ficou um pouco a quem do esperado , mas gosto muito , tem muito potencial se for bem aproveitado !não deixem perder o charme ! Tb a piscina não estava em funcionamento que deveria ter sido informado a quando a reserva .

Mohammed was brilliant at reception and very helpful. Excellent location for Disneyland.

Bit scruffy in places. Pool was very chlorinated. Sauna and steam room didn’t appear to work properly.

Le fait que l’établissement ne soit pas sécurisé la nuit. Le portail et la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel restent ouverts, sans aucune surveillance.
