The location is excellent. It is in the centre of Niort and situated on a square which has a lovely selection of restaurants, cafés and bars. It is also very close to a huge underground carpark which only charged €7 for the overnight stay. The receptionist on duty on the evening of 21/08/25 was friendly and helpful, and assured me that I would enjoy the surrounding locality.

At first I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer restaurant facilities. I was travelling alone and was hoping to dine in the safety of the hotel. However the proximity of the local restaurants ensured a wide choice and I felt safe exploring.
