"Magnifico"

El hotel es perfecto. Muy buen estado, muy limpio. Habitación muy amplia, camas gigantescas y cómodas. Muy bien situado en el casco histórico. Parking a 50 metros. Desayuno bufé muy completo. Lo mejor de todo el personal. Recepción muy atentos a todas horas, personal de limpieza amable y profesional. Especial atención al chico del desayuno, vino hasta recepción a entregarme una botellita de agua. Sin duda volveremos cuando regresemos a Plasencia. Espero que los responsables feliciten a todo el personal.

"Hotel céntrico y habitacion cómoda"

Habitación amplia y cómoda, aunque sufrí de la alergia por los ácaros del polvo (después de todo este tiempo cerrado por el confinamiento era de esperar). Personal muy amable. Echamos de menos poder contar con el desayuno buffet en el hotel que parece que tenían antes y que ahora, por la situacion, no sirven.

La situación es estupenda, a un paso de la plaza mayor y de todos los servicios. El parking cerquita. La ubicación inmejorable. La relación calidad-precio muy buena.

Hotel en reformas. Muy espacioso, pero necesitaría un arreglo,ya que está bastante deteriorado. Ubicación buena, pero sin aparcamiento propio ni zona para descarga de equipaje.( debería de haber al menos un vado). El parkin de enfrente tiene un descuento para los clientes del hotel, por lo que sale a 10 euros. Lo peor, el servicio de recepción: para ser un cuatro estrellas, te dicen que cojas el carro y te subas tú el equipaje. Feo detalle.

"Adequate"

We used this hotel as an overnight stop-over en route to Santander. No complaints. Clean. Comfy bed. Good food. Pleasant staff. The parking garage is across the road that has a central continuous white line. Simple access to garage if coming up from the south but probably have to pass by and find next roundabout if coming the other way.
