Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Ententeich war wirklich schön. Ich konnte bei offenem Fenster schlafen, es war so ruhig. Dusche/WC war neu und tiptop sauber

Das Zimmer könnte eine Auffrischung mit Farbe oder freundlicheren Tapete dringend benötigen.
