Convenient location

Very dilapidated . Bathroom was disgusting. Internet did not connect in the room.

It's a good place because everything is around

We struggled about network in our last 2 days

The were no microwave on the Room,wifi was unstable,towels were few and they didn’t change on the following day

The staff were really lovely. Very friendly and helpful, And the bed was comfy.

The room was cleaned daily but it was not clean. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, the fridge smelled so bad inside that even just opening it for a moment left the room smelling terrible. The complimentary water container in the room had mould all around the lid and rim. The milk provided in the room was sour and lumpy. The place is vibey. Which is great, but the window in our room had a no handle and was open. Which meant we couldn’t close it to shut out a little of the noise. For the price you pay for a room, I am pretty sad. With a little maintenance and just a tiny bit of care, The place has potential to be really nice.

Location is good and the room size is good. Interleading room for my son, but it was difficult to book this online.

Some key items were just not there - the shower was not good and made the bathoom wet everywhere when I used it, there was no shampoo, no extra toilet roll, no lamps next to the beds, no tissues, not enough drinking water in the rooms. The breakfast was not great - no butter, eggs were quite oily, the noise from the kitchen could be heard as we sat there.

Bedding and towels

Shower floors and walls needs to be degreased.
