Pension Ametyst

Vor allen Dingen das Personal. Wir haben einen Schlüssel verschusselt und die Pension hat uns umgehend geholfen.

Massive breakfast served in our room. Spectacular garden in back!

Selten so viel Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit in einer doch sehr touristisch geprägten Stadt erlebt. Wir waren mit Fahrrädern unterwegs und konnten diese auch schon vorher einstellen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück konnten wir aus drei Optionen wählen und dieses wurde auf das Z immer gebracht und war echt super. Alles lief unkompliziert ab. Danke nochmals:-)

I think everything was really excellent, I would only have one comment. In the premium apartment I don't understand why they had to put an extra thick mattress on the bed? It made the bed so high that we could barely sit on it and it was rocking on both sides, which made it very uncomfortable, we were afraid we would roll off. You don't need the mattress, you have to throw it out, but quickly :)

Reception very helpful and friendly/ accommodating to us and our family. The breakfast served to the room was a really lovely treat. The sauna room that you can book was excellent also, really nice touches there.

Only downfall for us was the lack of blackout blind/ curtains in the living area where the soda beds were. Ment that the kids woke up extra early, but it could have also been the excitement of the arrival of the pancake breakfast also.

La posizione per andare in centro a piedi, staff eccellente e disponibile a risolvere tutti i piccoli problemi, un bellissimo giardino in cui si può trascorre qualche ora in tranquillità accompagnati da un simpatico cinguettio di uccelli e se il tempo lo consente fare colazione all'aperto. La colazione è abbondante e nei due giorni di permanenza sempre presente frutta fresca, molto apprezzata, viene servita in camera o nel giardino se il tempo lo consente.

Premesso che era chiaramente specificato sulla prenotazione, per gli over 70 come noi è stato un pò problematico, assenza di ascensori per camera al primo piano con una bella scalinata non confortevole, comunque aiutati per i bagagli dall'eccellente e disponibile assistente alla reception; anche il parcheggio, sia pure vicino, non consente un facile accesso all'hotel data la presenza di una ripida scalinata (anche qui).
