"Incompréhension sur le classement"

A mon arrivée, j'ai cherché la réception... c'est en entendant parlé que j'ai trouvé la réception, qui ressemble plus à un bureau. L'accueil n'est franchement pas chaleureux, on a presque l'impression de déranger ! Pour la chambre, un manque d'entretien général pour ce niveau de prestation : le rideau n'est que peu occultant et ne s'accroche pas sur tout le rail, dans la douche, les joints sont marrons, le radiateur est rouillé à sa base,... bref, très décue !!

"Très bel endroit"

Très bel endroit dans un cadre merveilleux. Le charme subtil de l'ancien et un service parfait. Le restaurant est très satisfaisant, les chambres confortables (attention à la netteté) et le personnel aux petits soins. Une halte reposante.

Sejour calme et confortable. Deux points à améliorer néanmoins : - pas assez de places de parking, - il n'y avait pas les indications habituelles sur la douche (eau chaude, eau froide, ...) ce qui fait qu'il a été difficile de prendre la douche.

This was a beautiful property and we had a lovely leisurely Sunday lunch on the terrace. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday nights the two nights we were staying, however we found a lovely Italian restaurant called L’Origan in Le Rheu about 5 mins drive away. The first night we had a taxi booked to take us to a restaurant in Rennes but it was very difficult to find a taxi to return to the hotel, we walked to the railway station to find a taxi. We would definitely stay here again.

"Séjour agréable mais surprise de dernière minute"

Séjour très agréable. Dommage qu'en partant et en demandant la facture correspondant à mon séjour, j'ai la malheureuse surprise d'apprendre que l'hôtel ne délivre pas de facture quand on réserve par la plateforme. Etant en voyage d'affaires, cette facture m'est indispensable. J'aurais préféré le savoir avant.
