"A éviter"

1 ère chambre proposée sentait affreusement le tabac , la 2me proposée après réclamation était à rénover ( manque de propreté, dégradée ) et petite. Je n’ai pas apprécié la réflexion moqueuse ( la fumée passe sous la porte : le client est-il idiot ?)

L' accueil est très sympathique.Les petits messages dans l'ascenseur mettent de bonne humeur. Le dynamisme et l'aide pour nous orienter du jeune homme présent le dimanche matin est fort agréable. La chambre est un peu vieillissante mais propre.

Accueil sympathique, déco design et chaleureuse, très propre. Il n'y avait pas de vis à vis dans ma chambre, la vue n'est pas exceptionnelle, c'est le quartier qui veut ça.

"Passage d'une nuit sur Saint Nazaire"

Notre séjour c'est bien passé. Le personnel est au petit soin avec la clientèle. S'il y a un point sur lequel petite ombre, c'est le fait que la salle de bain est très sombre. Enfin c'était le cas pour notre chambre. Merci aussi au veilleur de nuit qui nous a bien reçu malgré une arrivée tardive.

Chambre premium propre mais très très petite. impossible d'y ouvrir 2 valises et les chaises sont très encombrantes. Salle d'eau propre mais la douche est hyper étroite. Jamais vu ça dans un trois étoiles. Au final : vraiment déçu.
