Brilliant place to stay well recommended Will stay again

The hosts were wonderful; very helpful attentive and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, light and airy. The hotel was just 2 minutes from the seafront or shops and restaurants. The cold breakfast selection was plentiful and the Full Welsh breakfast was cooked to order with quality produce and tasted fabulous. We would not hesitate to book again if visiting the area again.

Stayed for one night. Comfortable beds, great location and wonderful breakfast. Host Sue and John was fabulous.

We love the Beach House, stayed several times and always the same, friendly, clean, spacious rooms, just a fab atmosphere...we will be back again (already booked for March)

Great place, spotless clean , fantastic breakfast, sea view, real friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for you.

Greating was brilliant, very friendly and helpful. She and John were both very helpful and welcoming. Parking was a bit of a challenge but it always is in Llandudno. John got in the passenger seat and found me a spot. Sue recommended a place for our evening meal and booked it for us too. Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay there again. Two or three minutes away from the pier, and the promenade, but surprisingly quiet. We stayed in late September, so it could be different during high season. But don’t let that stop you. Llandudno is always busy.

We stayed in a family room with a sea view. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The host was very welcoming and even gave up her parking space for us. The location was also great. Would happily stay again.
