The property was incredibly clean, with spotless rooms, fresh sheets/towels and a very comfortable bed. The overall decoration was unbelievable, with amazing themes in the rooms that added a special touch. The breakfast was great, and the attention to detail throughout the building really stood out.”

What a fabulous gem of a place. Cosy, clean, quiet, great decor & a full & super breakfast spread. Jane & Jed have a truly lovely place for you to stay with all you could need. They showed us a few of the other rooms with some smaller, some bigger, but all with unique decor plus they have bookings for bigger groups to take the entire house [plus the kitchen!]...it's different but simply a fabulous place to stay.

Jane and Ged were perfect hosts,

loft rooms are very hot, there was air conditioning, but we were asked not to leave running over night. the weather was very hot when we visited, in normal weather this would not be a problem, room was very nice and comfortable, whilst aircon was running.

The location was perfect and the house is perfect. The room was very nice and clean and the decor was really lovely. Comfy bed and I slept really well.

The breakfast was not very exciting. For the price it would have been nice to have a bit more variety ie avacado, smoked slamon/mackerel, cold meats/salami etc. But it was quite adequate.

Really friendly host. Gave some great tips on what to do in the area. 10-15walk to get to the beach. Room we stayed in was as expected via the photos. We stayed in a small twin and we had a private bathroom only for our use. The host confirmed when we booked we were aware of this. There are other ensuite twin rooms but it was the last one due to a busy time. The room was perfect and comfortable and spacious enough for us.
