A lovely place to stay all round, spotlessly clean, with great hosts. Great breakfast served in an impressive room. Our room (no.1) was spacious and very comfortable with a great view of the front garden area and countryside beyond. Very peaceful. Easily walkable into Exford village along a very quiet country road.

We always include a stopover at Edgcott House when holidaying in Cornwall because it is so good. Always made to feel welcome and it is the extra touches which make a difference. Homemade cake and fresh milk in our room on arrival. Quality bathroom toiletries. A good nenu for breakfast, including local produce and home cooked fruit is always delicious. This time it was greengages. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

Everything! Beautifully furnished property, fantastic room, very comfortable bed, so much attention to detail- such a choice of toiletries, coffee machine, FRESH milk, homemade cake on arrival - nothing was left undone. The breakfast choices were amazing and absolutely delicious. Wonderful hosts.

Absolutely lovely accommodation. We enjoyed our stay so much. Beautiful old house in very good shape surrounded by a blooming garden. We could have stayed on the terrace if the weather had been nicer. The offered breakfast fast extraordinary delicious porridge multiple types of eggs, yoghurt, cerials even a small menu was on the table. Everything is freshly prepared for any guest.

Sadly we did not have so much time there

Wonderfully renovated historical house. Spacious and very tastefully decorated room and bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with great choice. A charming experience!
