Location is reasonable It's 18 KM from Ao Nang Beach Which is the central point of Krabi . Everything close at Night 10 PM , if you are Night owl Don't book your stay here .

I booked this hotel for 4 nights, but I had to leave after only 2 days because staying there felt unbearable. From the moment we entered, there was a constant strange and suffocating smell, day and night. It was difficult to breathe comfortably. The room and interiors felt extremely uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and mentally disturbing. There were no basic amenities and no toiletries, which made the stay even more stressful. What hurt the most was the attitude of the lady, who appears to be the owner. Her behavior towards us was cold, humiliating, and discriminatory. We are two Asian guests, and we were treated in a way that made us feel unwelcome and inferior, as if our presence itself was a problem. Throughout our stay, her tone and actions made us feel judged because of where we come from and how we look. On the second day, my friend politely asked for an iron to press our clothes. Instead of responding professionally, she replied very harshly, saying, “You are not staying in a 5-star hotel.” My friend calmly explained that an iron is a basic facility and not an unreasonable request. After this, the situation became extremely upsetting. She became angry, raised her voice, and asked us to leave the hotel immediately. I tried to speak calmly and requested a refund so we could leave without conflict, but communication completely broke down. The situation escalated until an elderly man intervened and helped settle things. Because of this experience, our entire Krabi trip was destroyed. We had planned to stay for 4 days, but due to the emotional stress, we were forced to leave early, book another flight to Bangkok, and accept a financial loss. This was not just a bad stay—it was a humiliating and heartbreaking experience. I have traveled before, but I have never felt so disrespected and emotionally shaken at a place meant to provide comfort and rest. Even now, remembering this incident makes me feel hurt.
