Завтраки хорошие, месторасположение хорошее. На этом всё.

В комнате присутствовал неприятный запах. Один раз нам прозонировали комнату- вроде исчез. На следующее утро этот запах опять появился. Запах просто ужасный (запах пота). Персонал отсматривает с ног до головы, оценивая стоит ли вам чем либо помочь. Отель старый. Своей стоимости не оправдывает.

Rixos вновь сделал нам подарок! Поселили в президентском люксе! Спасибо огромное! Как всегда: чистота, уют, доброжелательное отношение персонала. Все на высшем уровне

Очень внимательный персонал, обстановка домашнего уюта с простором зимнего сада, сюда хочется вернутся

This place has the best saunas in town, but the rooms and service are disappointing. The selection of saunas and their maintenance are excellent, although the pool is often crowded. Rooms smell of smoke and look tired. The personnel try to help but are poorly trained and often fail to understand customer requests. Staff seem to have little authority and appear intimidated by their foreign managers. Overall, it’s run with the kind of indifference you often see in Turkish hotels — great facilities, mediocre hospitality.

Location is very good and staff are super nice and responsive

Smoking smell in our floor was very strong. Not just in the rooms but corridors as well. The room was very fancy but outdated style
