"Very poor service all around. Would not recommend"

Room size was definitely good, but never provided enough towels. 5 of us in family room we got one set of towels

Driveway in and out could be redone. My van rides low and kept scraping very bad leaving and entering And assigned parking!

Don't had water bottles in the room, and even i was request for baby crib ,first they were declined and if i ask for crib to front desk then she just put in the room , i was hold my baby and i told the staff for crib assemble but she ignore me but she just put crib in my room and go back .

"Good place, just needs some updates and renos."

Was close to the reason I stayed there and I like the theme of the hotel.

Needs to get the water features working again. Part of the charm and the reason I like staying there. Bathroom could use an update too.
