It's my second time to stay in this hotel with family . but this time I feel very bad and unsatisfactory experience.

Behavior of front desk staff unsatisfactory. They forcefully charged the payment of room rent again which I already paid in advance. When I showed the message and email reply that amount is already paid and shown the message of Booking.Com there clearly mention the booking details but they deny and said Booking .com is a third party i don't believe on. We don't belive on that app. Then I told please check from booking.com but they refuse me to talk any one . In our system not shows I can't allow you to stay . I told it's your hotel problem because I already showed the payment transfer slip earlier which shows payment is cut from my card. But they charged me again. I used booking.com from a long time I request I have with small baby. Don't do this please check in your system or confirm from the booking.com because booking was made from this app.but they don't. No sense of the manager of this Hotel, how to treat the customers. With your internal problem you harsh the customers. Very shameful.

40 yr old male ,This place was a bargain I just got off having a hernia surgery that's why I had my one night stay I was waiting for transport and booked a stay through booking.com I was super impressed with the price as far as amenities!! Pool, clean comfortable room and breakfast with good resteraunts open nearby for supper, at like 88bucks my last stay before surgery was less pleasant at "econolodge" who for some unbeknownst reason through booking.com charged me 138 that evening
