Elkhorn Village

Property was in nice condition and everything was clean and neat in the unit. We had a lower floor unit and there is some noise that comes through but it wasn’t a problem. If you had loud neighbors above I can see it could be disruptive but I’d stay again.

Property manager did great in communication but property is awful. Clean but hard to access in building (couple with ski gear). So many up and down stairs. Thin walls so heard people all night. Covid closure of hot tubs. Price was right but for a few bucks more, I would work with this management group but not this property - Especially if you have gear to haul. Also, forgot coffee pot didn’t work and had to make camp coffee!

I have never experienced such an awful experience with a hotel before.

Once the cancellation date passed, they contacted me to let me know check-in is not on site and closes early. The walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything above, below and next door. The fire alarm went off for an extended time, when I called I got a service that told me I could leave a message and they would get back tomorrow. A fire alarm!

The only thing I did NOT like was the fact that it had a queen size bed and not a king size one.

Very nice room, exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the property managers was also excellent.

booking process was easy. Studio was a little small but to be expected. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for a 4th of July getaway 👌

The accessibility to the Sun Valley lodge and right in the middle of other units close to paved trails. Many trails to walk around.

All of the steps were a challenge. Otherwise a very nice unit
