We had a good stay the bed was a little hard but everything else was great

Room was clean and office worker very helpful. The blanket was too warm.

It was very difficult to stay in a condo managed by a property firm with such poor service. The room was okay but we had to use a complicated lock box to get the key. Directions to the unit were poor and outdoor lighting and signage at the condominium were nonexistent. We will not do this again.

Nice rooms and plenty of parking and everything was so very clean and well kept.

This room is small,bathroom was really small and the bed was so hard I thought I was on cement. The little tiny balcony was to little to sit on and it look at the road about 20 feet away.

The bed had some type of plastic mattress pad that "crinkled" and would wake you up. The bigger problem the unit was ground floor and noise from the above unit made it to the lower unit. You could hear there alarm clock go off. Sounded like a steady stream of elephants roaming around. The check in person, Amy was fantastic!

The small studio room was fine, but it was extremely difficult to get to. We had very poor directions on how to access the building and we were fortunate to ask a passerby how to get into building #1. We had to take the elevator in building #2 the 3rd floor to go over a walkway to building #1, then go down and up 3 different flights of stairs to get to our room. We are in our upper 60's and in pretty good shape but it was still difficult with suitcases, coolers, groceries, etc. Also, directions to pick up the keys in Ketchum were also poor. When I turned in the keys I did mention our difficulties with poor directions. It would definitely not be a favorable place for anyone with disabilities.

A good value in SV. Nice location. Check in a bit confusing because not on site but we knew that ahead of time. Nice folks. Bedroom was tiny

Great location - close to town. The complex is not in the downtown area, but there is a free shuttle bus that goes into town. The complex has a pool, hot tub, great walking areas, golf, and ski areas. The parking was a bit limited, but that was due to the eclipse traffic.

A quick one night stay and it met all expectations.
