Port Motel

Nothing!! Upon check in and going to the room, it was clear this was not a safe place for a family to stay. We did not end up staying.

The rooms were disgusting and smelled of mold and dirt. We were informed by someone that appeared to be living there that it was not a place for families. That people that stay there drink in the common areas and get yelling and fighting.

Clean room with air conditioner and comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful

You advertised outdoor pool .. it was in repairs, we were expecting you use the pool

Well, you get what you paid for. We stayed at The Port Motel and our room was decent and clean. This time because we had our puppy with us the room assigned was very dated and rather dirty. The bathroom tub and toilet were in very rough shape, rusted and not a clean appearance even tho cleaned. The carpet was horrible and looked like it had not been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time. Other than that it was a place to lay our heads which was comfortable and the staff amazing to talk to. Would I stay here again…yes if it is only me but as for family or a couple it all depends what room they assign to you.

The door to room stuck so badly that we had yo get help to open it. No pool The shower tiles had mold on them Lampshade cracked with sticker on it. Dirty old carpet

Great AC. Mostly clean. Towels and toilet paper could be thicker. Staff were brisque but mostly cordial. Convenient for a visit to Port Colbourne. Would def return.

Stayed canada day and were happy with the size of bathroom..it was quiet room. Will stay again

The place definitely requires an upkeep. Not much to say because all we required was a couple nights with a roof over our heads but generally speaking, this place needs better maintenance. Dirty bed covers and shower curtain. Humidity dangerously high with the stanch of it but we survived.

Dirty old motel. Carpet in room filthy and stained. Bathroom shower was rusted I would not recommend this motel at all. Needs a complete makeover

Very clean and friendly service. Lovely white sheets, and new bathroom fixtures.

I liked everything about the property.
